  • Manage office supplies and equipment.

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

  • Answer phones and respond to inquiries.

  • Schedule appointments and meetings.

  • Maintain filing systems.

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail.

  • Schedule travel arrangements.

    We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office supplies and equipment, and ensuring the smooth running of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team., Bachelor's (preferred), Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
