Full Job Description

We are looking for an empathetic and compassionate individual to join our Community Mental Health Service working in partnership with Sussex Partnership Foundation Trust in Haywards Heath

About you

Do you have experience supporting people with mental health needs?

Do you have access to a car to meet people in the community?

Do you have an understanding of different mental health needs?

Are you a good communicator?
