CNC Turner

Due to continued growth and expansion, we have immediate opportunities for skilled and experienced CNC Millers to join our team. The successful candidates will work primarily with Aerospace & Motorsports components, joining a long-standing team based at our works in Windsor, Berkshire., 3 & 4 Axis CNC Milling experience with Fanuc control
Setting tools & producing components to operator layout sheets as provided
Loading/unloading of CNC machine tools and fixtures
Ability to select, set and change tools
Working on highly technical products to tight tolerances and strict quality standards

The successful candidates will be qualified, fully-skilled engineers, with a minimum of three years CNC Milling experience. They will be able to carry out 1st off inspections of their own work, and ideally will have experience of working to the AS9100 quality standard.

To be considered for this role you must have:

Three years CNC programming/setting and operating experience
Working knowledge of Fanuc programming, Heidenhein proigramming would be advantageous
Experience of producing conforming first-offs to drawing and quality specifications
Experience with modern quality control standards and measurement of parts
Experience of working to tight tolerances

The ability to work on your own initiative, good communication skills and attention to detail are a must.
