The Client Service department is an essential part of ASK4s growth. The team are responsible for ensuring our clients have the service they both expect and need.

Dealing with a variety of different issues and working across multiple teams to find a fix and successfully resolve any issue, driving client confidence and retention.

What you'll be doing:

The Client Service Apprentice role will be varied the day to day of the role will include:

  • Collecting data and making reports for clients

  • Service Improvement Plans

  • Client Escalation Management

  • Preparing materials for presentations

You will perform a crucial role as the administrative hub within the CSM team., You will be working towards the Customer Service Specialist Level 3 apprenticeship standard, which includes:

  • Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours

  • Customer Service Specialist Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard

  • Functional skills in maths and English if required, Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Customer care skills, Team working, Initiative, Other Basic Maths (Grade n/a) Desired

  • Other Standard English (Grade n/a) Desired
