Full Job Description
- Lead a variety of fitness classes tailored to different fitness levels and interests, including strength training, cardio, flexibility, and more.
- Provide small group training sessions, offering workout plans and guidance.
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and equipment usage to ensure member safety and effectiveness.
- Motivate and inspire members to stay committed to their fitness journey and push beyond their limits.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new fitness programs and initiatives.
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
Certified Fitness Instructor with a recognized accreditation (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM). - Strong knowledge of fitness principles, exercise physiology, and training techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead dynamic and engaging fitness classes for diverse populations.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.
Admirable Qualifications:
- Boxing qualifications / relevant experience
- Yoga qualifications
- Any fitness speciality
