Full Job Description

Are you a well-organised administrator who is looking for a new challenge? Are you interested in working for a charity who helps people affected by substance misuse?

The CYP Service Coordinator has a key role within the Matthew Project's CYP Service by providing administrative coordination and support for the team. This is an office-based role and is the main point of contact for enquiries from service users, referrers, and other stakeholders requiring excellent, empathetic interpersonal skills.

We are looking for a good team player who has a positive, solution-focused approach to work and the ability to successfully organise varied workloads. Previous experience of data entry using spreadsheets and client management systems will be an advantage.

The Matthew Project is a value driven charity working across East Anglia giving help and hope through programmes with adults, young people and communities affected by drugs, alcohol, and mental health issues. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, of any faith or none.

The role will require the successful candidate to undertake a basic DBS check prior to starting employment.
