Children's Holiday Camp Manager

What will I be doing each day you are wondering?

No one day will ever be the same, other than you will have smiles every day

  You will be heading up a (fantastic) childcare team who deliver (seriously) fun and exciting sessions to children aged 4-11 years old (in either Art, STEAM, Sport/Fencing or Dance)
  
  Create and maintain a warm and welcoming environment
  
  Manage and all aspects of staff management, with strong leadership and Team management
  
  Ensure that all pre planned activities are delivered to a high standard
  
  Ensure that Camp is following all policies and procedures in line with GO GO Makers and Ofsted regulations.
  
  Attend team meetings
  
  Attend new staff induction days (optional)
  
  Support with Camp set up Camp (optional)
  
  Be the Camp's DSL
  
  Be a Paediatric First Aider
  
  Offer excellent staff support and feedback

  You will love to work with children and be passionate about delivering the highest childcare at GO GO Makers, this is what we do!, You will have experience of Managing a Team (or maybe be a Deputy and looking for the next step up!)
  
  At least 3 years of childcare experience
  
  You will have excellent Safeguarding knowledge (ideally DSL trained but we will do training for you anyway) and be committed to the Safety and Welfare of children
  
  Ideally Paediatric First Aid Trained (if not, we will get you trained)
  
  Be able to demonstrate excellent customer relations and customer service
  
  Love working as part of a team but also love achieving individual goals/targets
  
  LOVE working with children!

  We provide a wide range of fun and exciting variety of activities (seriously fun!) for children aged 4-11 years old, at Primary Schools.

  Minimum 4 days (up to 5 days max) per week (during Half Terms and Holidays OR Holidays only or Half Terms only)
