Full Job Description
You'll be responsible for supporting our Head Chef delivering consistently good food and covering the pass and placing orders in the Head Chefs absence. From breakfast classics to seafood specialties, every plate you prepare will be created with love and care.,
- Assist the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating and ordering stock.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and execute 'Specials ' and new menu items that our customers talk about.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with 5food safety and hygiene standards.
- Work closely with the whole team , fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Work with suppliers to source the freshest and highest quality ingredients for our dishes.
We are looking for an experienced competent all round Chef to join our small kitchen team of four. We're looking for someone who genuinely gets excited about food and who thrives in a busy but organised kitchen environment., We need someone with a proven track record in the kitchen, you will need several years of proven experience in a fast-paced culinary environment. Your ability to handle pressure with a smile, multitask like a pro, and maintain very high standards of hygiene, organisation, food quality and presentation is essential., In summary, we're seeking a team player who thrives in a fast paced, fun and friendly atmosphere and shares our passion for creating ' really good food beside the sea'., Chef: 3 years (required) - English (required)

- This job is based in Jersey in the Channel Islands. There are rules relating to employment. Obtaining visas is time consuming and the short recruitment timelines for this role do not support visa applications.
