Full Job Description

As Chef de Partie, you will experience all sections of the kitchen, keeping to timescales and ensuring the preparation and delivery of all food meets a high standard. You will need to be keen to roll your sleeves up, getting stuck in where needed, including the cooking of meat, fish, preparing cold starters and supporting with the pastry service by sending out desserts.
