Full Job Description
- Control the quality, levels of product and services relating to the food operation
- Control sanitation, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Oversee, co-ordinate and become directly involved in the preparation, presentation, and service of food products to ensure the highest quality
- Become part of a team of skilled chefs who have high standards and a desire to create excellent food time and time again.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a busy hotel kitchen, superb attention to detail & take pride in their work.
The Carrington House Hotel in Bournemouth is perfectly located on a quiet tree-lined avenue, just a short walk from Bournemouth's town centre and famous beaches, and within easy reach of all the activities this popular town offers.
