Full Job Description

· Preparing and cooking patient/ restaurant meals in our modern well-equipped kitchen.

. To maintain and improve on our current service.

· Planning meals and menus

· Preparing food

· Must have a Chef/Cooking experience.

· Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written

· Good communicator who can follow instructions

· Allergen Awareness

· Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

· Level 2 food hygiene.

Pay Rates: £11.67 per hour + Escalated rates over the weekend.

Shift Patterns: Monday- Sunday (5/7 days on rota) 6am-2pm/12pm-8pm (37.5)

With an annual budget of around £450 million we provide healthcare for residents in Stockport, East Cheshire and North Derbyshire as well as patients we treat from other boroughs in Greater Manchester who choose our services.
