Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food production and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for culinary arts, and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences., Plan and execute menus in collaboration with the management team
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines
- Monitor food production to ensure consistency in taste, texture, and appearance
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends and new culinary techniques

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of food production techniques and culinary arts
- Proficient in using kitchen equipment and tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
