Full Job Description
- Supply chain management
- Inventory management including stock availability and reducing wastage of perishable products
- Assist with new product development
- Project management
- Work to reach annual target plans
- Meet KPI's including product turnover and margin targets
We are looking for a passionate and friendly individual to join our purchasing team as a Category Analyst. Do you enjoy a fast-paced working environment, have a keen eye for detail and like to take ownership of multiple tasks? Then this is the job for you. - Ability to communicate clearly with suppliers and team members
- An interest in food and drink
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, whilst working calmly under pressure
- Data analysis
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in a similar field
- Strong IT skills (including Microsoft Office)
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- A good standard of spoken English

Salary: £26,000.00 per annum
