Casual Housekeeping Assistant

Join Channa Fernando, our experienced Housekeeping Manager to ensure our stunning Hotel is always immaculately presented.

The Role

An energetic worker, with a good eye for detail is required to ensure excellent standards of cleanliness in guest bedrooms and bathrooms. Ensuring that all guest bedrooms are well presented ready for the guest arrival or return in the evening.

• Working up to 7.5hrs per day - flexible start times available.


• Changing bed linen daily in all guest bedrooms


• Cleaning guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and corridors


• Ensuring all corridors are clean and tidy and any dirty linen is returned to the laundry.


• If available there are evening Turndown Duties available from 6pm-9pm.


• Pool attending and ensuring the Retreat Pool area is clean and presentable, Great Fosters Hotel, the most recent addition to Alexander Hotels a collection group of luxury hotels of distinction just outside London.

The Hotel has small intimate rooms for special events and private dining to our impressive 14th Century Tithe Barn, Orangery and Conservatory which comfortably hold events up to 180 covers.

As well as regular conference and corporate events we host weddings offering the Civil Ceremony to the Wedding Meal and evening celebrations.
