team on a casual basis.You will assist staff in the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum and support the planning and preparation of activities to meet the physical, educational, personal social and emotional needs of the children who attend the Children\'s Centre.We provide childcare for up to 62 children a day, between the ages of three months and 10 years 11 months, including a play scheme for our school age children during the school holidays.What do you need to be successful in this role?We are looking for motivated and inspiring individuals, qualified at level 2/3 in Early Years and Childcare or equivalent, and with experience working within Early Years and Childcare.About you:

  • Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Early Years and Childcare or equivalent

  • Experience working with babies and children up to age 5 is essential

  • It is desirable if you have experience working with children aged 5 to 10 years 11 months, but this is not essential.

  • Up to date knowledge and experience of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum is essential

  • Level 2 Safeguarding qualification is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided
