Full Job Description

Nottinghamshire County Council Building Cleaning Service, in conjunction with Bleasby Church of England Primary School, Bleasby are looking for a New Caretaker. Working 30 hours per week, 5 days a week working a split shift, for which you will receive a monthly allowance your work will include: Opening and securing the site, making sure the school is clean and safe for the children every day, carrying out regular safety checks, keeping records in good order, supporting us with light maintenance and janitorial work, maintaining good communication with the head teacher and office manager, supervising contractors.

Bleasby C of E Primary School is a happy and caring school to be part of, in a lovely rural setting.

Our children take pride in their school and are eager to support the staff team in making their school the best it can be.

We are looking for someone who will also take pride in the school and bring their own ideas and DIY skills in keeping it a wonderful environment for children to learn and play in.

Training will be given as part of the successful candidate's induction.

The successful candidate will be responsible and well-motivated as well as being committed to supporting and contributing to the school ethos of Achieving, Belonging and Caring.
