Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Domiciliary Care Manager to lead our team of care professionals. This pivotal role involves managing the day-to-day operations of our home care services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining the highest levels of client care.,

  • Oversee the delivery of safe, effective, and responsive care to all clients.

  • Manage and support a team of care workers and office staff, including recruitment, training, and development.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements, including CQC standards.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, local authorities, and other healthcare professionals.

  • Conduct risk assessments and create care plans tailored to individual client needs.

  • Manage budgets and ensure the efficient use of resources.

  • Handle client and family complaints promptly and effectively.

  • Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency.

    Proven experience in a management role within the domiciliary care sector.

  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Care Services or equivalent.

  • Strong understanding of the health and social care sector and the regulatory environment.

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to make critical decisions under pressure.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • A compassionate and client-centered approach.

  • Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
