Full Job Description

Secret Garden & Orchard Cafe's are a small group of eight cafes within the Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire region. Our focus is on offering a friendly family atmosphere whilst offering great value for money. We are currently looking for a Café Manager to join our team, responsibilities will include:

  • Opening and/or closing

  • Cleaning

  • Cash Handling

  • Staff Rotas

  • Oversee inventory and ordering of food and drink supplies

  • Store Profit & Loss

    • Salary is based as follows:
  • Basic Salary: £27,500.00 per annum

  • OTE: £38,500.00 per annum

  • OTE is based on the basic salary plus quarterly bonus of £2,500.00 which is achievable through the store meeting KPIs.


    • Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: From £13.22 per hour

    Expected hours: 40 per week,
