Butcher

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Butcher to join our team. As a Butcher, you will be responsible for preparing and cutting meat products in accordance with food safety standards. Your expertise in butchery techniques and knowledge of different cuts of meat will contribute to the success of our kitchen operations.,

• Prepare and cut meat products according to customer preferences and specifications


• Ensure proper storage and handling of meat products to maintain freshness and quality


• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper sanitation of work area and equipment


• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed


• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of waste material.
  
  Proven experience as a Butcher or similar role in a restaurant or food production setting


• Strong knowledge of different cuts of meat and butchery techniques


• Excellent knife skills and ability to handle sharp tools safely
