Full Job Description
We are looking for a pro-active Team Admistrator to support the dna Communications team in an internal role, supporting on cross-functional collaboration, team learning and development, team cultures and socials and general administrative duties. Ideally, they will have had experience in a support role for a complex network/company and be passionate about adding to team culture.,
- Supporting the UK dna team with general administrative tasks
- Supporting with dna UK's collaboration across IPG network agencies
- Supporting with dna UK's collaboration with global dna teams
- Supporting the L&D lead with booking and arranging training and managing team development
- Using Worksome to create contracts for freelance workers
- Supporting the team culture and supporting organisation of team socials
Proven experience in an administrative role - Passionate about team culture
- Ability to be working on multiple projects for multiple stakeholders at any one time
- Pro-active
- Organised
- Working within a comms agency
- Working within a networked agency

We will be looking for someone who can be present in our London office twice a week - usually Tuesdays and Thursdays.
