Full Job Description

We are looking for a pro-active Team Admistrator to support the dna Communications team in an internal role, supporting on cross-functional collaboration, team learning and development, team cultures and socials and general administrative duties. Ideally, they will have had experience in a support role for a complex network/company and be passionate about adding to team culture.,

  • Supporting the UK dna team with general administrative tasks

  • Supporting with dna UK's collaboration across IPG network agencies

  • Supporting with dna UK's collaboration with global dna teams

  • Supporting the L&D lead with booking and arranging training and managing team development

  • Using Worksome to create contracts for freelance workers

  • Supporting the team culture and supporting organisation of team socials

    Proven experience in an administrative role

  • Passionate about team culture

  • Ability to be working on multiple projects for multiple stakeholders at any one time

  • Pro-active

  • Organised


  • Experience would be ideal in:
  • Working within a comms agency

  • Working within a networked agency

    We will be looking for someone who can be present in our London office twice a week - usually Tuesdays and Thursdays.

    Unfortunately for this role we cannot offer sponsorship so you must be based in and eligible to work in the UK.
