Full Job Description
- Assisting with organising Boodle Hatfield hosted events and tracking attendance of lawyers at conferences/seminars
- Using the firm's e-marketing software to produce draft newsletters and invitations
- Assisting with drafting content on the firm's website and social media platforms
- Carrying out proactive online research to develop relevant marketing and business development projects/initiatives and generate target client/referrer marketing lists
- Involvement in progressing and reviewing results of e-marketing campaigns
- With relevant training and experience, assisting with the CRM system, including; data cleaning, running reports, generating and maintaining contact/mailing lists
- Liasing with marketing and business development vendors
- Assisting with uploading content to the firm's intranet
- General administration and assistance to the BD team, including the processing and filing of invoices
- Support to other marketing and business development projects as required, You will work towards an Advanced level Multi-channel Marketer Apprenticeship delivered by VQ Solutions. You will have a dedicated VQ Mentor and will also be supported internally by your manager. You will complete online work, build a portfolio and complete an EPA to gain your Level 3 Multi-channel Marketer qualification. On the job training delivered by an experienced & supportive employer. Networking opportunities at training sessions, webinars and firm social events.
