Business Development Manager

Courier Market is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive sales and expand our client base within the same-day courier service industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, with a strong network of contacts and the ability to generate leads through various channels.,

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the same-day courier service industry.


• Utilize existing contacts and networks to secure partnerships and contracts with potential clients.


• Generate leads through cold calling, networking events, and other proactive outreach efforts.


• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential areas for growth.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.


• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials to support sales efforts.


• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.


• Track and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue targets, conversion rates, and client satisfaction.


• Stay informed about industry developments, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  
  Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the same-day courier service industry.


• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.


• Strong network of contacts within the same-day courier service industry.


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.


• Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and drive to succeed.
