This is a great opportunity to join our established company as a Business Administrator in Morley.Key Responsibilities Making Travel arrangements (UK and abroad)Arranging Hotel bookings - accommodation and meetings (UK and abroad)Where required arranging Vehicle Hire BookingsPlanning and managing Groundforce corporate events, meetings and corporate event membershipsManaging standard Schedules of Hire RatesOwnership and management of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires, supplier forms and update customer portals to include completing these in a timely mannerManaging our renewals and maintaining our various company memberships (RISQS, Achilles, Constructionline)General administration duties such as purchase orders, payment of invoices, ordering of business cards, issuing business announcements, managing credit card expenditure and expense returnsWhat We're Looking For You will have a very professional approach and you will need to handle sensitive and confidential matters with
