Exciting Opportunity: Join Our Team as an Apprentice in the Commercial Department - Worcestershire County Council!, As an Apprentice in our Commercial Team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting a range of team members to deliver outcomes efficiently. You'll handle a range of administrative tasks with sensitivity and confidentiality, gaining exposure to various aspects of the department and exploring other areas too. You will be actively involved in supporting the Procurement Operations Manager in the design, development and implementation of new processes and ways of working.

We need someone who's adaptable and proactive, able to react to changing priorities and work circumstances. You'll use spreadsheets and databases to provide reports and statistics, and you'll participate in training activities to meet the demands of the job and apprenticeship standards.,

  • Apprentices with a mathematics and English level 2 qualification must be able to provide certificates as evidence of achievement.

  • Apprentices without a minimum Level 2 qualification in English and mathematics will need to achieve this level prior to the end-point assessment and completion of the apprenticeship programme.

  • For those with an education, health and care plan or a legacy statement, the apprenticeships English and mathematics minimum requirement is Entry Level 3 and British Sign Language qualification is an alternative to the English qualifications for those for whom this is their primary language.
