Building and Fire Safety Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a Building and Fire Safety Administrator

The overall purpose of the role is to provide a comprehensive administrative support service to the Building & Fire Safety Partner. We are looking for someone who can develop and maintain effective electronic filing systems and coordinate actions on 'Safety Culture System', our current fire risk management platform (training will be provided). You will coordinate internal and external meetings and complete accurate recording of minutes including Fire safety group (FSG), as required. You will also be collating and managing data from different departments as required.

As part of the role you administer actions arising from Fire Risk Assessments, administer Building matrix system (training will be provided), record post incident investigation documents for Management and arrange visits for contractors to complete Fire Risk Assessments, at customers' homes.
