Brand Manager (Animal Health)

CK Group have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager to join an outstanding global pharmaceutical company on an initial 12-month contract basis.,

• Manage national level meetings (face-to-face and virtual) as the key lead for all stakeholders involved


• Lead of the development and implementation of tactical marketing plan and product related communication. Ensure that the marketing mix (product, pricing, promotion), plan and tactics are adequately adapted to each sales channel's requirements, including online.


• Creation of promotional materials for sales force and other channels (including a large focus on digital)


• Work in conjunction with sales, medical, market access and communications teams


• Design and execution of programs to engage external experts and/or patients


• Manage project budgets and timelines, and lead agencies in delivering successful and measurable programs


• Manage project budgets vs estimates, keeping finance lead regularly updated
  
  Effective at cross-functional collaboration and working with peers to achieve deliverables


• Growth mind set with the desire to work with flexibility in a fast-paced environment where teamwork is a key value


• Ability to effectively manage time and priorities across multiple deliverables to achieve measurable result

• Ability to create and deploy integrated multi-channel communications to achieve the customer centric promotional plan


• Possesses a "can do" attitude and actively challenges the status quo bringing new ideas to an established team, Marketing or project management experience in pharmaceutical companies desirable


• Effective project management skills


• Experience creating content for digital channels


• Ability to interact with customers directly and to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders


• Previous experience in animal health marketing would be beneficial


• Experience working with Veeva Promomats approval system ideal
