Boat Services Sales Executive

Aqueduct Marina is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to promote and sell boat services as part of the boat repairs team, with occasional involvement in selling services such as moorings. This position offers a unique opportunity to work within a thriving marina environment, catering to the needs of boat owners and enthusiasts.,

• Actively promote and sell boat repair services to customers visiting the marina.


• Collaborate with the boat repairs team to understand service offerings and effectively communicate them to customers.


• Assist customers in selecting appropriate repair and maintenance services based on their needs and budget.


• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.


• Promote and sell other marina services to prospective customers such as moorings


• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and service inquiries.


• Stay informed about current promotions, pricing, and service offerings to effectively engage customers and maximize sales opportunities.


• Collaborate with marketing and promotions teams to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.


• Participate in shows and events to promote the Marinas products and services.
  
  Previous experience in sales or customer service roles preferred but not required.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.


• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.


• Enthusiasm for learning about boat services and the boating industry.


• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.


• Flexibility to work one day at the weekend every fifth week, with a day off in lieu.
