Full Job Description

The position is a part of the Revenue Operations team and will report to our Billing Manager. The position will be based in the UK. The Revenue Operations Team currently consists of 12 people, and forms part of a Global Finance function located in New Jersey (US), London/Basingstoke (UK) and Singapore. We are a hard working team and take pride in challenging the status quo, leading business development and striving to make positive change. We are collaborative both within Finance as well as across the entire Vonage business. Beyond our daily work, we are a sociable team, regularly taking time out for team events and personal development.
Why this role matters
We are looking for a Billing Analyst, based in the UK, who will take a lead role in reviewing and analyzing usage data based on customer contracts. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, comfortable pulling reports and formatting spreadsheets with a willingness to learn new systems. What you'll do

Analyze usage data - including bundled minutes reports, minutes analysis and validation
Review customer contracts to ensure usage billing aligns with contracted minutes/packages
Raise and post invoices in Zuora
Support our billing team with both customer and internal inquiries
Partner with our Sales and Support teams to deliver a best in class billing and service experience to our customers
Ensure Finance and Billing processes are adhered to for SOX compliance and efficient business operations
Support the Revenue Operations and Collections management teams with ad-hoc operational tasks.

Excellent problem solving skills and ability to prioritize and multitask.
Great communication skills and confidence to liaise effectively with all levels of stakeholders
Experience in analysis and attention to detail
A high level of focus and comfortable working with a high volume of transactions.
A resourceful nature, with the ability to identify solutions over problems.
Enjoys working in a fast-paced high-change environment.
A sense of humor and a can do attitude.

Nice to have

Experience of billing for communications products, or similar complex high volume transactions businesses.
Experience of using Zuora billing system
Experience of using Salesforce
Experience using Tableau, or a willingness to develop those skills
