Full Job Description

Apprentices need to show a willingness to learn and be comfortable communicating with different personalities. We work in a fast paced environment so you will need to adapt to change. You will be well supported. You will be liaising closely with the Land, Commercial and Construction Departments from design through procurement and construction., As a Technical Apprentice, you will be liaising closely with the Land, Commercial and Construction Departments from design through procurement and construction. You will be part of a team that manages the entire design process and ensures the requirements agreed at the planning stage are met. You will coordinate different information with consultants and contractors such as kitchen designs, technical information and floor finishes and pass the correct information onto the build team., Please complete the short online application form which is anonymised. Eligible candidates will then complete an online assessment and this leads to the final stage which is a one day assessment centre in June.

Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Problem solving skills, Team working, Other Maths & English GCSE (Grade D+ or Level 1) Desired
