Barista

Working in a fast paced and fun environment doing your best to provide a quick and efficient service at all times. General duties include taking customer orders at tills and handling the payment, preparing and serving orders, replenishing stock levels and working as part of the busy team to ensure provides great service in a timely fashion. You will ensure the customers requirements are always met and naturally seek out opportunities to exceed their expectations, ensuring prompt and professional attention, whilst up-selling items.

If you are an experienced "Coffee Maker" or just have a passion for coffee, then look no further. We require a Barista to join our team as soon as viably possible., The successful applicant will deliver an efficient, cheerful and courteous service to our customers, understanding they may be in a rush whilst having a keen eye on taking payments and maintaining quality. You will ideally have experience with using coffee machines and in a customer facing role is essential. If you are a friendly, outgoing, enthusiastic and cheerful team player who will be able to work under pressure, as well as maintaining exceptional service standards at the busiest of time this role could be for you.,

• Barista experience: 1 year (preferred)


• Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)


• customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  
  A new position has become available at Wilson + Bay Coffee Club (Formally known as Hi Coffee) in our store at Neath Train Station.
  
  The role available is 16 hours on a permanent part time basis. Shifts will vary each week anything from 5am and 6pm on a rota basis. You will be expected to work a general working week between 2-5 days depending on hours completed a week, and outside of the normal working week from time to time, subject to fair notice. There is potential for this role to have increased hours on a regular weekly basis.


There will also be seasonal opening hours depending on the business needs.

The role will meet the national living wage requirement up to £11.44, subject to age.
