BAR / CAFE STAFF

Full time, all year round hospitality staff are required for a vibrant cafe / bar in the heart of Newquay.
Applicants should possess experience in bar and/or coffee shop roles. Barista training is preferred but not a necessity. An interest in the surf/ moto scene is advantageous.
We have a couple of positions available ranging between approximately 25 - 35 hours per week. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer the possibility of a bonus/incentive scheme, recognising exceptional performance and contributions to business success.

The role necessitates a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
