Full Job Description

Management of 5 community hubs providing out of hours general practice appointments between 6.30pm 8pm Monday on Weekdays, 9am -8pm Saturdays and 8am 8pm on Sundays. Management of GP at the Front Door Service by providing support to NMUH ED department. Monday to Sunday between 8.30am to 8pm. Ensure all operational policies, protocols and procedures are up to date and fit for purpose so that Haringey GP Federation remains compliant with contractual requirement and quality and safety requirements. Develop services with the right mix of appointments available with GPs, nurses and HCAs in the right locations and the right time with engagement from practices and the public. Ensure the system of appointment allocation enables patients from every practice have fair access. Provide reports to practices that evidence utilisation and support fair access.
