Full Job Description

As an Associate Product Owner for Finance Systems, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and enhancement of our finance-related products and systems. Working closely with the Product Owner and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure the successful delivery of solutions that meet the needs of our finance stakeholders., In your role, you'll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here's a flavour of your day-to-day:

  • Building relationships with business stakeholders and creating alignment between product & business strategy

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and priorities

  • Establishing the quarterly business outcome OKRs for the products within their specific group in collaboration with stakeholders

  • Managing live products to ensure value is being delivered to end users. Ensuring BAU operations are achieved, and system availability is maintained

  • Maximising value of product development through increased adoption & driving business change (including release strategy)

  • Understanding user needs, how the business works and driving the development of the product through clear prioritisation.

  • Creating understanding of the customer and/or business need, ensuring the product backlog is prioritised to streamline execution and deliver best value

  • 3yrs+ of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role

  • Strong understanding of finance systems, processes and terminology

  • Experience in global Finance technology and platforms - Oracle EBS or Fusion experience desired

  • Fluent in agile scrum methodologies

  • Fluent in design thinking, building out personas, journey maps, opportunity mapping, assumption testing, and identifying opportunities to drive tangible value for the end user
