Full Job Description
- Coordinate and take responsibility for all planned and reactive maintenance delivered by the premises team for all equipment, plant, services and systems;
- Comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including Health and Safety legislation and safe systems of work.
- Undertake any training as required and to provide training, guidance, technical advice and support to the wider team.
- Work in alternating shift patterns opening up and locking up premises
- Be required to carry out an Enhanced DBS screening check if successful
Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of employees, customers and clients - Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload
- Knowledge of building maintenance
- Willingness to learn, adapt and work as part of a team
