We are recruiting for an Assistant Operations Manager who wishes to join #TeamIOWNHS. You should share our passion and drive to ensure that our patients and staff receive quality and compassionate care and work with us to ensure the Trust continues its journey towards "great people, great place".

The successful candidate will be focusing on creating the best possible experience for our patients and our staff. If you understand business planning, RTT, can solve a staffing challenge, and relish working with front line clinical staff to improve our services, we may have the role for you!

You should have an undergraduate degree, or be in the process of gaining one, and experience with line managing staff.
