Full Job Description

  • Achieving great stock availability to ensure great customer experience.

  • Managing stock levels throughout the business in line with OTB and sales expectations.

  • Being recognised as a proactive team player and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.


  • Key Responsibilities
  • Running weekly trade reports, providing analytics and insights to drive performance.

  • Highlighting sales and stock risks and opportunities based on category performance and plans.

  • Monitor sales on best sellers & influencing future stock buys to potentialise sales.

  • Working cross functionally to manage inventory into the business, guaranteeing key calendar activations are achieved and ample stock is available throughout our expanding store network.

  • Planning and forecasting of Core assortment through inventory management system.

  • Close collaboration with other teams within the business such as: Buying team, to create viable new season buys, Ecommerce, Marketing and CRM teams to ensure alignment across product focus with stock to support.

    A hands on approach to planning and forecasting across a growing multichannel business. Supporting the merchandising function by using strong analytical skills and attention to detail to build a robust commercial product offer., 3+ years' experience within an inventory management or branch merchandising function.

  • Advanced excel skills.

  • Previous experience in inventory management software.
