Assistant Housekeeping Manager (free live-in) Keswick Hotel / Keswick / Lake District

As an Assistant Housekeeping Manager you will be responsible for assisting the Housekeeping Manager in the smooth running of the department and in helping to create an environment which promotes staff morale and encourages employees to have pride in the area and their skills, ensuring maximum efficiency.

This is a hands on role with more of a Management role to cover the Housekeeping Managers days off and holidays.

We are looking for somebody who is self-motivated, hard working and reliable to join our busy, friendly Housekeeping team., Previous experience in a similar role or an experienced Housekeeping Assistant is essential.

You should have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

A high level of cleanliness, strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills are also important.

5/6 days per week, including weekends/Bank Holidays/Christmas & New Year
