    Hours: 22.5 hours per week. You'll be working 3 days a week (9am - 5pm). We're looking for flexibility as you may be asked to work any day of the week (including weekends).


  • Salary: £11.64 ph / £12,571 pa

    Contract: permanent/ part time.

    What it's like to work here:You'll be working as part of a small team providing a welcome and signposting to staff, volunteers and the general public between 9am and 5pm, 7 days a week. Based at the Stackpole Hub you'll work alongside our operational teams providing the support and help where needed which varies each day and season making this an interesting role.

    What you'll be doing:You'll be working on the reception desk of our Stackpole office helping to run a business service for the wider Pembrokeshire team that is efficient, proactive and flexible. Your responsibilities may include answering telephones and email correspondence, providing a welcoming experience to staff and the general public, managing people's diaries and records, helping with system and financial management, creating reports and other general administrative tasks.,
