Full Job Description

In this role you'll be responsible for our Community pubs in Bristol, Swindon and Gloucestershire, with a patch of 15 managed pubs. Due to the role; we will need an experienced Area Manager from a managed or retail background with that attention to detail, accountability and great people management, What you'll bring to the table - You'll have a minimum of 2 years' experience as an Area Manager within hospitality.

  • Passion for your people, pubs, and the industry

  • Natural desire to nurture your team, with previous success in developing people within a high sales culture

  • Recognise and reward successes with the ability to inspire, motivate, and challenge where needed

  • Have an enviable P&L with the ability and experience to maximise opportunities with astute commercial acumen
