Full Job Description

Are you a master communicator with a knack for persuasion? Join our dynamic team as a Appointment Coordinator at our optician practice! As a vital member of our team, you'll be the friendly voice our clients hear when they call in. Your primary role will be to engage with our existing clientele, persuading them to schedule appointments for both eye and hearing health services.,

  • Engage with existing patients through phone calls to schedule appointments for eye and hearing health services.

  • Persuade patients to attend scheduled appointments for eye tests, hearing checks, and hearing aid fittings.

  • Coordinate with other stores within our network to facilitate appointment scheduling and information sharing.

  • Remind patients of upcoming appointments and ensure they are prepared for their visits.

  • Educate patients about our comprehensive range of services, including spectacles, contact lenses, hearing aids, and audiologist services.

  • Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns patients may have.

  • Collaborate with the audiologist team to ensure seamless service delivery.

    Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with patients over the phone.

  • Persuasive abilities to encourage patients to schedule appointments and utilize our services.

  • Excellent organizational skills to manage appointment schedules and patient databases.

  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to assist patients in improving their eye and hearing health.

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or optician setting, is advantageous.
