Airbnb Manager

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Manager to join our Airbnb team. As a Manager you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring an excellent dining experience.

Duties:

- Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Provide guests with menus and inform them of specials
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized lobby area
- Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong guest service orientation
- Previous experience in Airbnb Mnagement
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to assist wherever needed to ensure guest satisfaction
