After Sales Customer Representative

Contract Personnel Norwich are pleased to be working with a Norwich based client who is looking for a After Sales Customer Representative to join their team on a part time (contract) basis. 

The ideal candidate will be required to reach out to customers and gather feedback on their experience after visiting the workshop, NO SALES!

You will be responsible for:

• Recording and documenting customer responses accurately in the company’s database and providing feedback to the Service Managers across all 8 branches.
• Promoting the company’s strong family run business values of trust, respect, caring and togetherness. Immense pride is taken in commitment to these values and as a Customer Experience Specialist in the Business Development Centre, you would play a pivotal role in upholding these principles.
• Ensuring all customers are made to feel valued and go away happy with the service that’s been provided.
• You may be required to carry out any other duties as required by the line manager.

Working hours and days

16 hours per week on a rolling 2-week rota and will include every other Saturday. 

Weekly pay

£12.88 per hour.
