Are you an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist looking to develop your leadership skills further & work in a progressive and service user focused ADHD clinic? Then this will be the role for you. We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity to join our team as the Advanced Clinical Practitioner and Operational Lead of Newham ADHD service.

We are looking for a senior leader with ambition and passion to support the delivery of services co-produced with our service users. Newham ADHD Clinic is an expanding service that provides assessment, medical reviews, medication reviews and management as well as post-diagnostic interventions to adults with a diagnosis of ADHD who live in Newham.

The post holder will have extensive clinical skills and will work with multidisciplinary colleagues to further develop the assessment and treatment of service users referred to the service. The post holder will also work independently and with colleagues as appropriate in the development and delivery of training packages aimed at other professionals both within ELFT as well as external stakeholders.

The post holder will be involved in assessing service users referred to the service and will work to promote medicine optimisation, clinical practice, leadership and service development in line with the developing needs of the service. The aim is to ensure optimal patient care, experience and outcomes for patients with ADHD within the borough of Newham. They will have strong leadership skills, successfully managed a team, and demonstrated excellent clinical leadership skills with a proven ability to drive sustainable quality improvement.

They will identify gaps and problem areas in the service and will use quality improvement methodology to make positive changes.
