Full Job Description
- Dealing with sales enquiries over the telephone and via email with a friendly customer focused attitude.
- Processing sales orders on card machine and by invoicing.
- Booking jobs in engineers diaries.
- Using Microsoft outlook to manage emails from customers
- Using financial software to send invoices and confirm payments.
- Management of client expectations with timely follow up.
- Liaising with external based engineers and diaries, including management of your own.

- This role is a Full-time Mon to Fri, 8.30 - 6pm position in our Bromley office.
- Efficient Home Energy is a leading online provider of property certification for Gas, Electrical and Fire systems.
Good computer skills (microsoft word, excel, outlook, google calendar, diary software etc.) - Office administration experience

Income: £23,000 to £30,000 per year with a bonus scheme available after completion of the probation period.
