Full Job Description

  • Dealing with sales enquiries over the telephone and via email with a friendly customer focused attitude.

  • Processing sales orders on card machine and by invoicing.

  • Booking jobs in engineers diaries.

  • Using Microsoft outlook to manage emails from customers

  • Using financial software to send invoices and confirm payments.

  • Management of client expectations with timely follow up.

  • Liaising with external based engineers and diaries, including management of your own.

  • This role is a Full-time Mon to Fri, 8.30 - 6pm position in our Bromley office.

  • Efficient Home Energy is a leading online provider of property certification for Gas, Electrical and Fire systems.

    Good computer skills (microsoft word, excel, outlook, google calendar, diary software etc.)

  • Office administration experience

  • A Friendly customer service attitude
