Full Job Description

You will provide first-class administrative support to the team by undertaking tasks such as developing and maintaining filing systems including CRM systems, organising meetings and managing diary appointments, managing equipment stocks, processing invoices as well as assisting the team in delivery of specific project streams. Other duties include supporting the overall safe day to day operation of the general office environment.

You should be a dedicated and organised individual, with excellent communication skills. You will be highly motivated, quick to learn and able to prioritise your own workload. As a team player, you will enjoy working closely with your colleagues, whilst also having the ability to use your own initiative as required. Along with previous administration experience, you will preferably have a background or interest in agriculture and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
