Full Job Description
We are looking for a highly organised and approachable Administrator to join us. The successful candidate will need to have excellent administrative and interpersonal skills and be able to provide a warm welcome to staff and customers whilst working efficiently and effectively to maintain high standards within the office environment.
The successful candidate will:
- Be an excellent communicator
- Have good inter-personal skills and be able to operate as a member of a busy team
- Provide high quality administrative support
- Set high expectations and encourage staff to be the best they can be
- Have experience of working in a care setting
- Administrative: 3 years (preferred)

Experience in a HR role would be beneficial as it will be your main responsibility to maintain our staff personal files. This also includes recruitment such as interviewing and discussing candidates with management. You will then carry out checks such as references and DBS checks.
You will be involved in setting up and at times leading meetings. You must have excellent writing skills to be able to take clear minutes, type them and organise effectively. You may required to be involved in meetings with staff and teams and will need to be confident speaking to small groups.,

We are a family run business and deliver home care services throughout West Cumbria.
Hours of work: 16 hrs per week
Schedule:
