Full Job Description

  • Act as the first point of call for any enquiries over the phone and email

  • Support with orders that are coming through from customers to be sent the same day

  • Completing stock checks and purchasing new stock items to ensure levels across the site are sufficient

  • Maintain electronic and manual filing systems with excellent attention to detail to ensure that all paperwork is correctly stored

  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure that accurate data is entered into the system for company-wide reporting

  • Ad hoc administrative support for the wider teams as and when needed

    We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join the team on a fixed-term basis who operates with excellent attention to detail and demonstrates high levels of customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to flourish in a fast-paced environment, someone with strong administration experience, and a willingness to work in a team-based customer service-focused company., Strong organisational skills

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Ability to work under strict deadlines and prioritise under pressure.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • IT savvy with a proven track record of working on systems and databases

  • Experience in taking payments would be advantageous but not essential

  • Works well as part of a team as well as independently

  • Ability to pick up new skills quickly
