ADMINISTRATOR, HOSPITAL DISCHARGE, SHEFFIELD, TEMPORARY ROLE (FUNDING ENDS ON 31ST MARCH 2025), F2-SO1 £22,011 FTE (PRO-RATED PAY £13,087.62), 22HPW

  • Framework is a charity delivering housing, health, employment, support, and care services to people with a diverse range of needs in Sheffield and across the East Midlands.
    The Hospital Discharge Team has two aims. To work with people who are homeless in hospital and to also work with homeless people who present at A&E. The aim of the team is to help the clients with housing and to encourage them to engage with community health teams.
    We have a rare opportunity for an Administrator with experience or an aspiring administrator who would like to start their career within a great organisation.
    We are looking for a person that is enthusiastic, has great interpersonal and organisational skills, has a willingness to learn and can work effectively and efficiently within a team and is solution focused. In this role, you would provide efficient, effective, confidential administrative, secretarial support and reception support to the Hospital Discharge Team.
    Duties & Responsibilities
  • To handle telephone calls and other enquiries from service users and general public in order to deal with or signpost to relevant agencies.

  • To ensure patient referrals are processed and recorded onto the computer system/spread sheets in line with data quality requirements.

  • Maintaining confidential patient records files

  • To help with reporting, monthly and quarterly
