Full Job Description

An Admin Manager is required to run and organise any administrative duties for the business as well as provide support to the company director and his family.

Responsibilites

These would include but not limited to:

  • Book keeping all the accounts and invoices

  • Help prepare all documents and files required to submit the required authorities.

  • Help in advertising and recruiting new members of staff.

  • Responding to email, telephone, website enquiries,

  • Responding to customers reviews and complaints and handling it in timely manner

  • Source and getting quotes for the business such as insurance, internet, telephone, utilities and others.

  • Dealing with local authorities when required.

  • Help manage the social media , website.

  • Advertising & Marketing of the business.

  • Coordinate with existing staff to set up fortnight rota.

  • Dealing with staff issues such as absences etc .

  • Dealing with suppliers for ordering, return etc...

  • Organise the appointments and the diary for the manager and Admin Manager.

  • Assist in managing the delivery platform such as JustEat, Deliveroo and UberEats.

  • Maintaining organisation of staff documents and files.

  • Working together with existent staff to develop and build up the business.

  • Assist in organising events and meetings, compiling an agenda for these.

  • Help develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and profitability.

  • Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.

  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Perform any other required task

    Previous experience in a similar role or environement

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software applications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Attention to detail and a focus on providing exceptional customer service

  • Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

  • Knowledge of phone etiquette and clerical procedures, including typing speed
