Full Job Description

Due to our continued success and growth, we are on the lookout for a reliable Conveyancing/Admin Assistant, based in our head office in Chester, the successful candidate will provide exceptional and efficient admin support to the conveyancing team and in turn deliver excellent client care to our valued clients.

In this role, you will ensure all matters are dealt with in an efficient manner and in addition provide varied administrative support to the conveyancing team, reception cover will also be required as and when necessary, covering for periods of leave and absence.

o Previous experience in both an administrative and conveyancing background is a must

o Excellent communication skills

o Competent IT skills and experience of Microsoft applications and case management systems

o Well organised with a proactive attitude to work

o Keen attention to detail

o Able to work alone or as part of a team

o A capable multitasker who uses initiative
